This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect about you, how and why we use it, and the choices and rights you may have regarding our processing. It is intended to comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (including Amendment 13), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

1. The Basics
1.1. Who We Are
- Harmoniz Ltd. (“Harmoniz”, “we”, “us”, or“our”) is a global agtech company engaged in the development of greenhouse seeds. Our offices are located at Kibbutz Kfar Menahem, P.O.B. 198, 7987500 Israel, and our registration number is 513190314.

1.2. Our Role: Controller
Certain data protection laws (including in the EU) differentiate between a party that determines why and how personal data is processed (called a “controller”) and a party that processes personal data solely on the controller’s behalf and according to the controller’s instructions (called a “processor”). Harmoniz is the controller in respect of the processing described in this Privacy Notice.

- When we refer to “services“, we mean the content and features available on our website, including the information about the company and its products.
- When we refer to “personal data“, we mean information that is defined as personal data under applicable law. This includes information that identifies you directly or indirectly, including unique identifiers such as IP addresses or cookie identifiers.
- When we refer to “you“, we mean visitors to our website and, where relevant, individuals who contact us or submit information through our website (for example, via forms). This Privacy Notice should be read together with our Terms of Service, available at https://www.harmonizseed.com/terms-of-service. We recommend that you review this Privacy Notice periodically.
1.4. A Note on Legal Bases
Certain jurisdictions only allow the processing of personal data where a legal basis has been established. Under the GDPR, possible legal bases include (among others): your consent, necessity toperform a contract or take steps at your request before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms).
We only collect and process personal datawhere we have established an applicable legal basis. Additional details are provided below.

You have no legal obligation to provide uswith personal data; however, if you do not provide certain information, we maynot be able to respond to your inquiry or provide the requested Services.
2.1. Contact Form Information
When you send us a message through the contact form on our site, we collect the data you provide, such as your name, company, email address, and the content of your message.
How we use this data: to respond to yourmessage and provide the information you request.
Retention period: we retain contact formdata for 3 years from the date of your last contact with us, unless you request earlier deletion or we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.
Legal basis: we process this data based onour legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating our business, and where applicable, to take steps at your request prior to entering into acontract. If you separately opt in to receive newsletters or marketing communications, we process your data for that purpose based on your consent.
2.2. Activity and System Data (Cookies)
When you visit our site, we automatically collect data about your computer or mobile device, including personal data such as your IP address, device identifiers, browsing activity on our site (forexample, which pages you visited and for how long), and technical information about your browser or device.
How we use this data: primarily to generate aggregated analytics about use of our site so we can maintain and improve the site, develop new products or services, and help prevent fraud and protect the security of our site.

Legal basis: where required, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our site, in accordance with applicable law.
2.3. Careers/Job Application Information
If you submit information through our Careers or recruitment-related forms on our website, we collect the data you provide, such as your name, contact details, CV/resume, and any additional information you choose to share.
How we use this data: to process and evaluate your application, communicate with you about recruitment, and manage our hiring processes.
Retention period: we retain recruitment data for as long as necessary for the recruitment process and, where permitted by law, for a reasonable period thereafter (typically up to 24 months) in case of future opportunities, unless you request earlier deletion or we are required by law to retain it longer.
Legal basis: we process recruitment data based on our legitimate interests in recruiting and managing hiring, and where applicable, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
3. Our Marketing Activities
We may use your personal data for marketing communications where you have requested such communications or otherwise consented where required by law.
You can stop receiving marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us at yair.h@harmonizseed.com. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before you withdrew it.
4. Sharing the Personal Data We Collect
We may share your personal data as follows:

We may share your personal data with our affiliated companies where necessary to provide our products and services and to manage our business (for example, maintaining customer relationship records).
4.2. Service Providers
We use service providers to help us operate and improve our site and business. Our service providers are subject to confidentiality restrictions and are required to process personal data only on our instructions.
· Cloud computing and hosting: All personal data we collect may be stored on third-party servers.
· Customer relationship management (CRM): Name, company, position, email address, and phone number.
· Email distribution / marketing: Name and email address.

If we sell our company, merge, or otherwise undergo a corporate transaction (including a sale of assets), we may share personal data with relevant third parties as part of the negotiations or transaction. In such cases, your personal data will continue to be subject tothis Privacy Notice (unless and until it is updated).
Some of our service providers are located in countries other than your own. When we transfer personal data internationally, we do so in accordance with applicable law and implement appropriate safeguards.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, when wetransfer personal data outside the EEA we may rely on: (i) adequacy decisions by the European Commission (for example, for Israel and the UK), and/or (ii) Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, along with supplementary measures where appropriate.

6. Security and Data Breach Procedures
We may disclose personal data to government agencies or other relevant parties (for example, legal counsel or auditors) where we believe disclosure is appropriate to protect our rights, property, or safety (including the enforcement of our Terms and this Privacy Notice), where required by law or court order, or where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
· Technical measures, including secure servers, firewalls, and antivirus protections.
· Access control: access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis and reviewed periodically.
· Internal policies and training regarding privacy and information security.
· Personnel confidentiality obligations, including non-disclosure commitments where appropriate.
· Database backups that are encrypted and verified regularly.
Data breach notification: where required by law, and in the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay and where feasible within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify affected individuals without undue delay.

When determining retention periods, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the purposes for which it was collected, potential riskof harm from unauthorized access, and applicable legal requirements (including under Israeli law and the GDPR).
In some circumstances, we may retain personal data for longer periods if required by law (for example, to meet tax or audit requirements) or to maintain accurate records in case there is a prospect of litigation.
